COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
PROCEDURE
New Media Production's designated agent for notice of
claims of copyright infringement related to New Media
Production, New Media Production and TimeBank Home ToursTM,
and all affiliated web pages (collectively, the "New
Media Production Properties") is as follows:

Pursuant to Title 17, United States
Code, Section 512(c)(3), a notification of claimed infringement
related to any of the New Media Production Properties
must be a written communication addressed to the designated
agent as set forth above, and must include substantially
all of the following:
A physical or electronic signature
of the owner (or person authorized to act on behalf
of the owner) of an exclusive right that is allegedly
infringed;
Specific identification of the
copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or
if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single
notification, a list of each copyrighted work claimed
to have been infringed;
Information related to the work(s)
reasonably sufficient for New Media Production to promptly
locate the work (e.g. title of work, location within
the New Media Production Properties, etc.);
Information reasonably sufficient
to permit New Media Production to directly contact the
complaining party, such as a complete name and address,
telephone number, and an e-mail address;
A statement that the complaining
party has a good faith belief that use of the work(s)
in the manner complained of is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement requesting that New
Media Production take a specific act with respect to
the alleged infringement (e.g., removal, access restricted
or disabled); and
A statement that the information
in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of
perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to
act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that
is allegedly infringed.
TRADEMARK USAGE
POLICY:
This Trademark Usage Policy will show you the proper
use of New Media Production trademarks and logos.
USE THE CORRECT SYMBOL
When referencing New Media Production trademarks and
registered trademarks, always include the proper notation
after the name and logo. (® for Registered Trademarks
and for Trademarks) Failure to do so dilutes
our trademark protection. In text it is only necessary
to annotate the first instance of the trademark in
a given document or piece. After the first instance
you may drop the ® or after the word. When
using logos, always include the ® or in
every instance. Logos may only be used under license
from New Media Production.
USE FULL, PROPER, TRADEMARKED BRAND NAMES
Always use the full, proper trademarked brand names
in all communications. New Media Production brands
are part of a brand system by which each name begins
with the word "TimeBank" Therefore, full,
proper, trademarked brand names are "TimeBank
Home Tour," "TimeBank Home Tours,"
"TimeBank Tour," and "TimeBank Tours."
Never abbreviate a TimeBank brand to create an acronym.
DO NOT ALTER TIMEBANK BRANDS OR LOGOS
When using a TimeBank brand, never vary the spelling,
add or delete hyphens, make one word two, or use a
possessive or plural form of the TimeBank brand. When
using a TimeBank logo, never modify the design, add
or delete any elements or words, change any colors
or proportions.
THE TIMEBANK HOME TOUR LOGO 
The TimeBank Home Tour logo must be used as a stand-alone
icon without other logos and trademarks associated
with it.
Only New Media Production products and services may
be used in conjunction with the TimeBank Home Tour
logo.
TIMEBANK BRANDS & THIRD PARTY TRADEMARKS
Do not combine the TimeBank brands with third party
trademarks. Third party names and logos cannot be
used in conjunction with TimeBank brands and logos
in product names except to connote that TimeBank technology
is included. TimeBank brands and logos may not be
used as part of the product name for any third party
product.
LOGO SIZING
When materials are co-branded, the prominence of the
TimeBank logo should be at least proportionate to
its contribution to the partnership. Therefore, TimeBanks
logo should be of equal size and prominence with an
equal partner. If TimeBank is the dominant partner,
the TimeBank logo should be larger than partner logos.
If TimeBank is one of several lesser partners in an
initiative headed by a dominant partner, TimeBanks
logo should be at least of equal prominence and size
with the lesser partners, but smaller than the dominant
partner. In partner promotions, the TimeBank logos
cannot be altered in any way.
COPYRIGHT STATEMENTS
Each name, term or mark that is a registered trademark
must include the applicable mark and copyright statement
when it is used.
Example:
"_____ is a trademark or a registered trademark
of New Media Production"
There is no "boilerplate" footnote. The
blank space should be a list of all New Media Production
Marks and New Media Production logos that appear in
that particular piece. If all New Media Production
Marks and New Media Production logos are registered
trademarks, then the footnote should indicate as such.
Footnotes should always be complete sentences, and
ordinarily appear on the copyright page, on the last
page of the material, or on packaging.
Example:
®2004 New Media Production. Patents Pending. All
rights reserved. New Media Production, TimeBank, the
TimeBank logo, TimeBank Home Tours, and the TimeBank
Home Tours logo are trademarks or registered trademarks
of New Media Production.
THIRD PARTY LICENSORS
Some New Media Production products include technology
used under license from third party licensors. You
may not use any such third party trademark without
express permission from the owner.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
New Media Production is the owner of all right, title,
and interest in the TimeBank brand and logos. No person
or entity may reproduce or use (or authorize the reproduction
or use of) the TimeBank brands and logos in any manner
other than expressly authorized by New Media Production.
Unauthorized use of TimeBank brands and logos is strictly
prohibited.
New Media Productio may, at its sole discretion,
modify the TimeBank brands and logos at any time.
Please refer to the TimeBank Trademarks Chart periodically
to ensure your compliance. In order to assure compliance
and quality of control, New Media Production may request
that you provide samples of any marketing, advertising,
or other material that includes the TimeBank brands
and logos.
TIMEBANK TRADEMARKS & REGISTERED TRADEMARKS
Shown below is a list of current TimeBank Marks that
reflect the current registration status. This list
will be updated from time to time, at New Media Production's
sole discretion.
