It’s always fun to find a million dollar view that you can sell for half price! That’s what Lore Hislop did with this listing on Monte Sano Mountain. We were told by the family members that mom & dad built it in the 50’s, raised the family, and then empty-nested all those years. And now it’s time to sell. This is the first public offering of this particular view from Monte Sano Mountain.
The entire home has been renovated and there are wonderful rooms with nooks and crannies but most important are several places where you can just relax and enjoy the view. Capturing these spaces with a DSLR camera proves challenging because there are drastic light level zones across each frame. Balance and a natural image akin to what the human eye can discern is the goal. So, glaring light is reduced in some places and shadows are brightened in others.
We were able to capture several panoramic photographs of the view during the day and at night. It seems the view could be the primary reason someone will claim this home as their own. Our photography and virtual tours help tell the story, this time sans an announcer who would sell features and benefits as the photos move. Lore thought it would be best for the imagery to do all the talking. I think she’s right.
